Firstly, you can fill out an application by selecting which class you would like to take here. Please select an option and a new window will open on your computer/tablet. Once you have completed the following form for your preferred class, you may then proceed to payment options.

If planning to submit the application in person, you may do so or upload and email to the following email address: trainekg@gmail.com
Once that is done the next step will be the payment process. We accept Payment in person, or you can pay online with our One-Click payment option or with PayPal.
